Payment and Delivery

My Canadian Pharmacy offers 2 shipping options:

  • Standard delivery service (Registered AirMail). Delivery usually takes 14-21 days from the moment the goods have been shipped. The maximum delivery term does not exceed 30 days. Tracking is not available for this shipping option;
  • EMS. Delivery usually takes 5-9 days from the moment the goods have been shipped. The products are delivered by Express Mail Service. The maximum delivery term does not exceed 14 days. Orders shipped via EMS can be tracked.

All orders are processed within 24 hours. As soon as your order is dispensed from our office, you will get a confirmation email. Keep in mind that we do not ship parcels on holidays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Please, plan your order in advance

If your order is lost or arrives damaged or some items get missing, we will offer you a full refund or reship the items free of charge. If you have any delivery issues, please contact our customer care department immediately.

Important: be sure to provide us with the correct delivery address. If you give us the wrong delivery information, we will not be able to offer you a refund. Before submitting an order, please check all the information. If you notice any mistake after submitting your order, you should contact us as quickly as possible.

We accept all major credit cards. These include Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club, Discover, JCB. You may also pay for goods using e-Check. If you have any questions about payment or delivery, please contact our customer care department.
