Do you sell both brand-name and generic drugs?

Yes, we sell both brand-name and generic pills.

How can I order drugs from your website?

The ordering procedure includes several steps to be completed. Choose the medication, put it into a shopping cart, check the details and continue to checkout. Fill the data required for submitting an order. Then, you have to wait for the email informing the details of your order.

Do you require a prescription?

We are engaged in the sale of over-the-counter or prescription drugs. If your drug is intended for the sale with a prescription-only you are welcome to send it to us using our email.

What shipping rates do you have?

All the shipping rates are specified in the shopping cart. The fee depends on the type of delivery service: regular or express.

Do you ship abroad?

Our online pharmacy sends medications to almost all the countries except for some remote Asian areas. If you doubt your country is included in the shipping list, you are welcome to send us an email, we will respond to it as fast as possible.

How do you send orders?

Your parcels are sent in non-transparent wrappers. No one will realize that there is inside the parcel.

What shipping options do you offer?

Currently, we ship products using 2 shipping methods: Trackable Courier Service (5 – 9 days) and Airmail service (14 – 21 days). The packages sent by Airmail service are not trackable.

What should I do if my parcel has not come?

First of all, you should remember your delivery service. If you opt to express delivery, the maximum waiting time is 5-9 days. If your parcel is brought by express delivery you have to wait 30 business days max. If all the terms are expired, come in contact with our customer care department. They will offer you either refund or reshipment.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover, AMEX, JCB, and E-Checks. If you do not find an option you have you are welcome to address our customer care support.

Is it possible to check the status of my order?

Tracking option is available only in case if you opt to express delivery. The ID number will be sent to your email when the parcel has been already dispensed from our office.
